  • We recently had an opportunity to work with BH Properties on the acquisition of Preston Shepard Place, a 360,000 sf retail center, located in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.  The highly competitive transaction required an investor who could work through several leasing risks and complexities as well as a strong balance sheet.  Prior to this transaction, we had not worked with the BH team but found them to be professional, diligent, responsive and thoughtful throughout the sale process.  We look forward to transacting with the BH team in the future.
