We recently had an opportunity to work with BH Properties on the acquisition of Preston Shepard Place, a 360,000 sf retail center, located in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. The highly competitive transaction required an investor who could work through several leasing risks and complexities as well as a strong balance sheet. Prior to this transaction, we had not worked with the BH team but found them to be professional, diligent, responsive and thoughtful throughout the sale process.
